Mapping Population and Remoteness Patterns in BC

I designed the academic poster template shown below to support knowledge translation activities of the Human Early Learning Partnership (HELP). This template was used for all HELP research affiliates to present at the 2011 Fall Research Expo. I also used this template to present the two posters below at the 4th international GEOMED Conference in Victoria BC. The first is a summary of my undergraduate honours thesis and the second is a summary of a project I have been working on with Jay from HELP. Both of these offer an important insight into the daily reality of people living outside the lower mainland of British Columbia. I would be happy to share either of the data sets (shapefiles) described in these posters.
